Tough Interview question – Why were you removed from your previous job?

May of the employees are being on the layoff list these days. How to answer this question – Why were you removed from your previous job?

Literally there are thousands of questions that you could be asked during an interview.The typical Question asked in the is “Why are you leaving your job?” or “Why did you leave your job?” These question takes lot of time for a candidate to reply. They face very difficulty to reply this question,but you should be bold enough to speak to the interviewer because everything before joining the job should be clearly which will be safe side for u. In some situation the candidate may be fired from the job or etc.

This is your chance to talk about your experience and your career goals, not to badmouth a former boss or give a laundry list of reasons for your exit. Instead, focus on what you learned in your previous position and how you are ready to use those skills in a new position.

You may have left your previous job about anykind of reason but it is important not to convey  emotions in an situation as potential employers can see this sort of attitude as a sign of potential disloyalty. It is always important to give the most positive response possible.It is important that you try to express positive feelings. It is equally important not to apologise for the situation as this can be seen as a sign of weakness.
